Pricing
- Wholesale pricing and specifications for most of our products can
be found on our website. You can view them by following this link
[ ]. All prices are subject to change without notice. No deduction will be allowed at settlement. Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement. We collect sales and use taxes for sales made to residents of State of California. Additional states may be added without notice. We shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the United States.

| Availability
- Most of the standard fittings in satin chrome finish are stocked
or quick delivered in 5-15 bus. days. Lead time on non-standard fittings
or special finishes may vary 2 to 6 weeks. Please note that most acrylic accessories, signage, and glass products are custom made on demand only and are non-returnable. |

Orders - For best results, please send
us a finished drawing including dimensions and any special details.
Using your drawing, we will generate a quote and specification sheet for the parts that lists the pricing, availability, delivery time, etc. You will receive a copy for review before ordering. |
| Liability
- The customer shall test and verify the
suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended
use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Nova Display
only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective.
Nova Display shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use
or inability to use the product. |
| Technical
Advice - Any technical advise furnished
or recommended by Nova Display concerning any use or application of
any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty
of results obtained. The customer shall test and verify for suitability
for intended use. |

- Privacy is a very important issue to most
people. So we have a simple policy: We will not share any information
we collect from you with any third party without your expressed permission.
We will not send you e-mail or otherwise contact you unless you've
indicated that you are in fact interested in hearing from us. To put
