We encourage you to order stock/standard items and display products online by using the Secure Shopping Cart integrated into our web site. You may access the Shopping Cart from any product category or by going to our Online Store Portal. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Orders on standard components and finished products are shipped out within 2-5 business days from our sales/distribution center. Products or components which are not available in stock (n/s) at the moment of ordering will be shipped in 2-6 weeks. Most small orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For large orders, we'll ship via freight by the most reliable and inexpensive carrier to your location. We also offer express air and economical two day air service on most items in stock. If an order is to be shipped via air or internationally (including Canada) you must call 800.753.9688 (707.535.0253) to make arrangements prior placing the order online.

Most bulk of our products require some degree of customization and may not be available for purchasing using our integrated Shopping Cart. For such items or products, please send your orders or request a price quote using our Online Order / Quote Request Forms. For estimating, please send us a rough sketch or your project lay-out with dimensions and any special details. Using your drawing, we will generate a quote and specification sheet for the parts that lists pricing, availability, delivery time, etc. You will receive a copy for review before ordering.

Returns: We guaranty all shipped product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Inspect your entire shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order is not received in satisfactory condition, keep all packaging and notify us within 5 days of receipt. Stock merchandise in original, unopened packaging may be returned for refund within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original state (undamaged). Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the order statement. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If you have any questions, ask your salesperson for details.
