Our versa-module floor stands can be customized to meet specific needs, offering a range of options such as selecting the height and width for the display frame, choosing from various sizes of acrylic accessories (e.g., easy access acrylic poster holders and brochure holders) for use with these frames, and the option of adding logo or graphic panels. The stand frame can be provided in custom sizes up to 48″ wide by 84″ tall. Acrylic display accessories are made-to-order and can be fabricated in a range of sizes and finishes, including clear, P99 non-glare, or Impact-Resistant (Duraplex). Versa-Module Floor Display — Standard Stand Sizes
The standard frame sizes for Versa-Module floor stands are available in heights of 48″, 60″, 72″, and 84″. The horizontal profiles used with these stands can be supplied in several widths ranging from 14″ to 48″. Each stand is equipped with two 12″ diameter floor bases made of steel to provide stability and prevent tipping. These floor stands can be used as single units, joined multi-sections, or in groups, offering versatile display options for various settings.
- Small Frame — Ideal for creating totem-style single unit informational floor stands, perfect for compact spaces or focused messaging.
- Medium Frame — Well-suited for low-profile single unit informational floor stands, providing a balanced and adaptable display solution for different content types and environments.
- Tall Frame — Designed for use as graphic floor stands, offering a prominent and impactful display option for showcasing detailed information or visually engaging content.
Acrylic Holder Styles — Corner Style Options
Our Easy Access Acrylic Holders come in various corner style and trim design options at the fold-line, with the Classic and Expo Styles being the most popular choices. Each frame offers a distinct aesthetic that complements different decor and environments. These open-top folded pocket/envelope style frames with side tabs are crafted from clear or non-glare acrylic and are compatible with cable/rod side panel supports, wall standoffs, and edge-grip supports.
- Expo Holder Style — Features a trim design with angular/mitered corner cut at the fold line.
- Classic Holder Style — Showcases a trim design with an inverted rounded corner cut at the fold line.
- Arche Style Holder — Presents a trim design with a rounded corner cut at the fold line.
Acrylic Holder Finish — Thickness and Material Type
Our Easy Access Acrylic Holders are crafted from high-quality clear acrylic with a thickness of 1/8″ (3mm). These holders are available in various sizes and finishes, including clear, P99 non-glare, and OP3 UV-filtering options. We prioritize product quality and longevity by offering standard thicknesses of 1/8″ (3mm) and 5/32″ (4mm) for oversize holders/frames. Thicker acrylic materials ensure proper performance and durability, preventing deformation over time. Each Easy Access Acrylic Holder is custom-made to meet specific size and finish requirements, reflecting our commitment to tailored solutions.
Our standard suspension kits feature a 1.5mm diameter cable system, complete with pre-crimped cables, fixings, and tensioners. The type of toggles for rails can be specified separately. These kits come with 4-meter (13′ 1-1/2″) long cables, which can be easily shortened during installation at the bottom.
- Cable Kits with Standard Toggles — Utilize CA4 or C101-4M cable suspension kits with PA8 toggles for most common applications. Multiple cables can be combined to create expansive displays spanning entire wall areas by connecting rails/tracks and adding columns or rows as needed.
- Cable Kits with Quick-Fit Toggles — Opt for the CQQ quick-fit cable suspension kit for applications requiring frequent adjustments or reconfigurations of display designs.
Logo and Graphic Panels — Substrate Types
The versa-module floor stands are designed to support info/logo and graphic panels, allowing for the direct insertion of graphic materials into the slots of the profiles. These graphic panels can be customized to meet specific design and branding requirements.
- 3mm, 1/8″ (0.118″) Thick Acrylic Panels — Primarily used for sandwich-style photo/poster framing.
- 6mm, 1/4″ (0.236″) Thick Acrylic Panels — Commonly employed for info/logo panels requiring transparency.
- 6mm, 1/4″ (0.236″) Thick PVC Panels — Suitable for info/logo and large graphic panels, directly insertable into the stand slots.
Acrylic Holder/Frame Mounting — Hardware Options
When using a cable display system with modular floor display frames, there are several options available for mounting acrylic frames, panels, info/poster holders, and brochure holders.
- Side-Grip Panel Supports — Ideal for suspending acrylic frames without holes, brochure holders, and easy access acrylic holders from the sides. The orientation (portrait or landscape) can be pre-selected for easy access holders.
- Top/Bottom Panel Supports — Suitable for suspending acrylic frames and info/logo panels without holes by holding them from the top and bottom. These supports are used with panels wider than the distance between cables or up to 1/4″ thick substrates.
- Panel Supports with Stud-Caps — Designed for suspending acrylic frames and info/logo panels drilled for M4 studs. These supports position the panels in front of the cables and are compatible with substrates ranging from 1/4″ to 1/2″ in thickness.
Our modular floor stands offer structural simplicity, providing flexibility for the insertion of large graphic panels directly into the stand slots. Various customization options are available for floor standing display frames for use with large graphic inserts, including:
- Standard Size Frames — Stands uprights are available in heights of 48″, 60″, 72″, and 84″ with horizontal profiles available in widths of 14″, 16″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 36″, 42″, and 48″. The horizontal profiles are supplied with connectors on each end for locking into vertical uprights at any adjustable height.
- Custom Size Frames — Stands can be customized to meet specific needs, offering frame sizes as large as 60″ x 96″.
- Add-Ons — Stands can be customized with add-ons such as headers and info/logo panels.
- Compatibility and Adaptability — The stands are designed to work with various substrates and material up to 8.5mm (5⁄16″) in thicknesses. Most popular substrates used with these frames are 6mm 1/4″ (0.236″) thick PVC panels.
Our acrylic literature holders are offered in single or multi-pocket configurations and various popular sizes to accommodate bi-fold, tri-fold, or letter format literature. These holders are designed to be used with easy access acrylic holder displays at the bottom of presentations, with back panels available in different sizes to align with the width of the holders.
- Single-Pocket Holders — Designed for 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) inserts in portrait or landscape orientation.
- Double-Pocket Holders — Available for 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) inserts.
- Triple-Pocket Holders — Suitable for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold), 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold), and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) inserts.
- Quad-Pocket Holders — Designed for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold) and 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) inserts.
Standard display kits can be easily re-configured or modified — replace or add additional acrylic holders to an existing display kit, or build an entirely new display configuration by ordering holders and cable fittings by individual components. We design and fabricate a wide range of acrylic display accessories for use with cable/rod, rail, standoff, and modular systems. We use various acrylic material type such as clear, non-glare, color, frost, UV filtering, or impact resistant.
