Sign and Display Installation
We consult and collaborate with our customers closely on all aspects of your sign and display project — from design, specification and fabrication, through assembly and final project installation. To assist you with your project installation we have created numerous Cut Sheets and Installation Guidelines to cover most of our display systems and individual components assembly. If you require assistance and/or do not see the specifications or instructions you need, please contact us. We also provide installation services through our Preferred Installer Program of certified and insured contractors located in your area.
Display Systems Installation / Procedures and Tools:
The installation of our display systems typically involves the following.
- Preparation — Ensure that the installation site is ready and all necessary components and accessories arrived in full and undamaged. It may also require tools such as electric drills, drill bits, levels, measure tapes, hex keys, screwdrivers, side-cutters (for cutting cables to length), hacksaw (or rod cutter for cutting steel rods), spacing blocks, and other appropriate hardware.
- Hardware Requirements — In some cases, specific hardware may be necessary for the installation of display systems, such as concrete and drywall anchors, mounting brackets, and other specialized components.
- Itemized Packing List and Assembly Drawings — Inspect and organize all the display components by verifying against the company itemized packing list and assembly drawings if provided with designs. This will help to understand what components go where and in what order.
- Install Guidance — Use our guides, step-by-step instructions, and support pages for assistance. You may also request a call back from our team to support you with the installation process and address related questions.
Overall, the installation of display systems involves careful preparation, the provision of detailed guidance and assembly resources, and the use of modular and user-friendly components to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation process.
