12 Month Product Warranty
At Nova Display Systems, we stand behind our products 100%. We are proud of the quality of the items that we sell, and we make sure that each and every product meets our clients stringent requirements. We warrant that all display products and hardware that we supply will be entirely free from defects in materials and workmanship. We provide a 12 month warranty on all metal components. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, failure to follow installation requirements, and problems caused by use of parts in conjunction with components not supplied by Nova Display Systems.
Under this warranty Nova Display Systems will replace all defective product returned to its facility. To request warranty service, you must contact Nova Display within the warranty period. If warranty service is required, Nova Display Systems will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). You must ship the products back for inspection to Nova Display Systems in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Nova Display Systems may, but is not required to, ship your replacement components prior to receiving your returned merchandise. If so, and if the return merchandise is not received in good condition (less the repair issue for which the RMA was issued) you will be responsible for paying the full list price of the merchandise that was sent as a replacement.
