We specialize in custom work and welcome any of your design and size variations. We provide hook-on style aluminum frames for use with our wall mounted 6mm and 10mm rod systems in custom sizes up to 22” x 28”. The front-load frames are made of lightweight aluminum profiles and cut to order using your exact specifications. Use the Quote Request Form or the links below to provide sizes and details on your project, please note that a minimum order quantity of (4) four pieces or more applies.
Hook-on Aluminum Frames — Standard Sizes
The chart shows most suitable and commonly used frame sizes utilized with our rod wall mounted display system. Use hook-on aluminum frames to display pictures, photos, information, infographics and posters.
- Small Size Photo Frames — Available in 8″ x 10″ and 8.5″ x 11″ insert sizes and used with wall mounted rod system to display photos/pictures.
- Medium Size Info/Photo Frames — Provided in 9″ x 12″, 12″ x 15″, and 15″ x 17″ insert sizes and used with wall mounted rod system to display photos, information, and infographics.
- Large Size Info/Poster Frames — Designed for 16″ x 20″, 18″ x 24″, or custom insert sizes and used with wall mounted rod system to display posters and photographs.
Hook-on Aluminum Frame Mounting — Hardware Options
The hook-on aluminum frames are supplied with a specially designed back hanger/support that can hook onto 6mm or 10mm diameter rods. Frames ship assembled but require attachment of acrylic back hanger before hanging onto the wall.
- WM11 Rod Wall Fixing with 6mm Rods — Use for hanging hook-on aluminum frames to 6mm diameter horizontal rods.
- WM11-10 Rod Wall Fixing with 10mm Rods — Use for hanging hook-on aluminum frames to 10mm diameter horizontal rods.
- Optional Bottom Support Rod — Consider adding an Optional Bottom Support Rod to each row as a supplementary design feature. This additional rod serves to prevent frames from tilting, although the acrylic back hanger already provides sufficient support independently. The inclusion of a second rod is optional, offering an extra layer of stability and aesthetic enhancement to the display setup.
Hook-on Aluminum Frames — Finish and Profile Style
Frames are available in round or square profile styles, clear anodized or black anodized finishes. Snap frame rails make changing pictures quick and easy.
- Graphic Thickness — Compatible with thin substrates up to 20 pt (1/50”, 0.5mm) thick.
- Graphic Protection — For added protection, utilize the PETG clear protective film (0.030pt thick), which can be custom-cut to fit various frame formats and is available for separate purchase.
- Graphic Size — When inserting your graphic into the front-load aluminum frame, the frame covers a 1/2” margin around the graphic for a seamless presentation.

We offer photographic quality printing for posters, graphics and signage at very competitive prices. Printing is available on a variety of substrates such as satin, gloss or textured photo-base paper, and polyester films.
We design and fabricate innovative donor walls and recognition displays that are practical, elegant in appearance, and easy to update. We use modular sign/display systems such as cable/rod, rail, and standoff panel supports.
Add depth and enhance the visual appeal of your display with dimensional letters and logos. Depending on your requirements we will fabricate lettering, logos, and special graphics in plastic, metal, and other popular materials.
