Customer Service Representative / Creative Technical Support
Job Description
You will help provide customer service and technical support to end users and resellers for our innovative display systems. Develop and perform inside sales activities to domestic resellers and installers for these products. This is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity and communication skills. We’ll provide initial and ongoing training with an emphasis on product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements
Skills desired include excellent problem solving and customer service skills, self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment with little supervision. Own all technical aspects of account management and customer support. These include identifying and technically qualifying new business opportunities, as well as developing strategies with sales team to win new customers and proliferate usage within the existing customer base. Communicate and demonstrate the technical merit of our products. Follow up with customers to ensure successful integration of our products. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide customer support as needed. Development of technical support literature, compatibility lists, application notes, FAQ’s, sales database administration, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational skills and multi-task oriented.
- Experience in customer service and technical support.
- Excellent phone and communication skills required.
- Knowledge of MAC & PC, and some experience with graphical software.
- Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills.
- Some level of design service and professionalism.
- Ability to read design plans and blue prints.
- Some study in Interior Design preferred.
