Standard Cable Fixing Kits for Easy and Fast Installations
Available in standard pre-assembled kit configurations for ceiling-overhead suspensions, ceiling-to-floor applications, wall-to-wall applications, or with an adjustable option for angle mounted installations. Cables, cable fixings, and internal components are made from #SS303/304 stainless steel alloy. All cable kits are provided with spring tensioners so cable will not slacken with temperature changes.
Optional Base Supports for Versatility and Strength
25mm (1″), 38mm (1-1/2″), and 50mm (2″) diameters Ceiling/Wall Base Supports are available to replace the standard support included with the cable sets. All stainless steel cable fittings such as top ceiling-fixing, bottom floor-tensioner, as well as wall-mounted fixing can accept these optional size base supports.
All Stainless Steel Components for Durability and Sustainability
For durability, all cable fixings, cable fittings, and set screws are made from #SS303/304 stainless steel alloy — a non-magnetic austenitic alloy specially designed for improved machinability while maintaining good mechanical and corrosion resistant properties. It is fairly resistant to general atmospheric corrosion, cleaning solutions, sterilizing solutions, dyestuffs, most organic chemicals, but has very limited resistance to acids.
Quality Stainless Steel Alloy for Interior and Exterior Applications
Our new cable system with stainless steel fittings perform well in both closed and open environments as long as the components are not exposed to direct corrosive elements such as marine or submerged saltwater uses. For marine or other high humidity environments, please request stainless steel type #SS316 cables that have higher corrosion resistance.
